Problem? blocare ceas server

Bun? ziua/seara! De scurt timp un individ tot blocheaz? serverul, dar nu ?tiu cum poate face acest lucru. Pur ?i simplu blocheaz? intr-un fel conexiunea, nimeni nu se mai poate conecta, nu poti folosi nici-o comanda, ceas blocat, ca si cand ar fi MORT. Dar in CLIENT daca-i dai refresh, arat? ca ?i când ar fi ONLINE, are PING, are tot, dar nu te po?i conecta c? e blocat.

E pe MySQL serverul? Poate fi un "infinite loop" care blocheaza serverul. Mi se intampla si mie uneori cand e conexiunea proasta intre server si baza de date.
