Problema server sa-mp mysql

Am un gammemod pe baza de mysql si nu-mi porneste cum pot sa-l pornesc de la mine din calculator sa-i fac baza de date uitati ce scrie la ultimele lini:

[23:27:41] Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)

[23:27:41] Error in mysql_select_db: MySQL server has gone away
