tot registerul cu dialoguri

As vrea un tut in care sa pot inlocuii scrisul gen "scrie ce esti : barbat sau femeie" cu un dialog in care sa aleg cu mouse`ul cum e pe alte servere si la "scrie ce varsta ai zz/ll/yyyy" sa pot sa scriu direct intr`un dialog ....stie cineva?
