Iti trebuie webhost ala e important, domeniu iti da si firma free dar este .numelefirmei sai .tk etc.

In folderul web hostului unde va fi un fisier public acces sau ceva de genul , vei face 2 foldere panel si forum in cel panel pui panelul in forum instalezi ipbul.

Iar linkul va fi domeniul/ sau domeniul free al webhostului/forum si domeniu/panel

Sau daca vrei sa pui doar panelul pe host il pui direct peste public html sau acces cum se numeste si vei accesa panelul direct prin domeniu

Fara /panel sau /forum
