Download - https://www.rpmfind.net/linux/rpm2html/search.php?query=libmysqlclient.so.15

baga-l in folderul cu executabilul server-ului si spune-mi daca-ti merge sau nu , daca nu merge si serverul este hostat intreaba-i pe cei de la host ce librarii folosesc , roaga-i sa-ti instaleze r15 daca nu foloseste tu un alt plugin mysql ce functioneaza pe librariile lor.
