Ajutor /newbie

Question

Salut, vreau si eu sa-mi spune-ti daca stiti cum sa fac in chat  /newbie adica cei cu level mic sa vorbeasca pe el .. adica ce-i pana in level 5 sa-l vada.

dar acest /newbie sa-l vada si admini .. aceasta este o cerere de ajutor !

Pls help me ..ca nu gasesc nicaieri !
