Instaleaza-ti DirectX 9.0c. Cred ca-l ai instalat...

Sau ia-l de aici: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?d3dx9_26 ( Download ZIP Files ), dezarhiveaza-l, pune d3dx9_26.dll in C:\Windows\System32.

Se rezolva cu o cautare pe Google.
