Poti incerca trello(desi trello are alt scop) sau poti pune proiectu pe bitbucket(private repository) si fiecare modificare o trimiti acolo(commit) si astfel stii exact ce ai modificat(evident exista un tool care iti poate face un changelog bazat pe commits)
