Nu ti se incarca pluginul 'streamer'.

Uite aici un link catre plugin: https://github.com/samp-incognito/samp-streamer-plugin/releases/tag/v2.9.2

Pui tot din arhiva in folderul serverului tau, apoi compilezi din nou gamemode-ul.
