Descriere tutorial: As dori un tutorial in care face ca un jucator sa nu poata aplica (pe panel)/sa interzica aplicarea lui pe panel, daca nu are cel putin 10 ore in ultimele 30 de zile.

Adica daca nu are 10 ore in ultimele 30 de zile, sa nu poata aplica la nicio factiune.
