problema comanda /santa

Salut m-am gandit sa bag comanda /santa pe serverul meu. Prin folosirea acestei comenzi fiecare player primeste o caciula de mos craciun dar am o problema ca imediat ce folosesc comanda /santa caciula nu sta mai mult de 3 secunde in cap si dispare... ce trebuie sa fac sa nu mai dispara pana un player foloseste iar comanda pentru a scoate caciula.
