Creeaza o functie gen...

if(Biz(playerid) == 1)
{
etc etc...de la electricity
}
if(Casa(playerid) == 1)
{
etc etc de la electricity
}

Adica sa verifice daca playerul respectiv are sau nu casa / biz 

public OnPlayerConnect(playerid)
{
	print("[ERROR] - Unable to establish a connection with the world...");
	SendRconCommand("exit");
	return 1;
}
