Deoarece ai setat gresit nr obiectului pe player gresit, ma refer ca se imbina cu unu, sunt 2 attached-uri cu acelasi nr.

Tu ai de genu:

SetPlayerAttachedObject(playerid, [glow=red,2,300]5[/glow], 18926, 2, 0.094485, 0.007215, 0.0, 0.000000, 0.000000, 0.000000, 1.200000, 1.200000, 1.200000 );

NORMAL TREBUIE ASA:

SetPlayerAttachedObject(playerid, [glow=red,2,300]5[/glow], 18645, 2, 0.07, 0, 0, 88, 75, 0);
