probabil a modificat niste lucruri micute sau poate a optimizat ceva

am o problema mare. as dori sa te intreb, nu exista un samp-server.exe cum sa-l pornesc ca nu stiu acest lucru pentru ca scriptez de aproximativ 2 zile si as dori sa incep un mini-edit de pe acest gamemode.
