De ce nu imi merg anumite moduri?

Salutare, de curand am decis sa imi reinstalez windows-ul (windows 10). Iar cand am incercat sa imi fac un modpack pentru SA-MP, unele mod-uri ca: sampfuncs.asi, modloader, cleo nu fuctionau, pur si simplu intram in joc, si sampfuncs.asi nu-si facea treaba, el trebuia sa modifice loader-ul... Am incercat cu mai multe versiuni si niciuna nu merge.. + ca dupa ce se termina loader-ul imi dadea si crash.. am incercat pe mai multe modpack-uri de net, si toate imi dau crash..
