Problema msvcr100.dll pornire server

PROBLEMA ACEASTA A FOST REZOLVATA, INSA A APARUT ALTA. 

Cand apas click dreapta pe o functie la textdraw editor nu imi merge, parca ar fi blocat sau ceva, nu pot sa schimb textul, dar pot schimba font, pot pune background dar nu il pot mari si tot asa, stie cineva de ce?

Nu in System32 trebuie bagat ma :)

punel in folder-ul unde ai gamemode-ul, unde ai samp-server.exe, server.cfg, etc..
