Serverul nu pornese pe host cand ii dau start, cu toate ca zice "server succesfully started"

Salutare prieteni!

Astazi am urcat un server pe host si cand i-am dat start imi zicea "server succesfully started", dar defapt nu pornise. Log-ul este acesta:
