respawn la iesirea din masina

Salut cum fac ca atunci cand iesi din masina sa primesti spawn intr-un loc setat de mine +  sa dispara si masina din care ai coborat.

Stiu ca trebuie variabile dar nu stiu care sunt acelea. 

help me!
