Problema server Restart

Problema intalnita (descriere):Intru pe server se conecteaza si dupa se restarteaza server-ul si imi scrie ca am ban dau relog si tot asa .

Din moment ce la tine scrie acel Limit: 3000/sec ,incearca daca nu este deja in server.cfg  sa pui ackslimit     90000
