De ce imi da aceasta eroare cand pun baza de date(sampr5) pe ea?

Eroare

Comanda SQL:

-- Database: `sampr5`

--

CREATE DATABASE IF NOT EXISTS  `sampr5` DEFAULT CHARACTER SET latin1 COLLATE latin1_swedish_ci;

MySQL zice: Documenta?ie

#1044 - Access denied for user 'dize'@'localhost' to database 'sampr5'
