O problema cu pornirea!

Salut am si eu un server de samp rp lam urcat pe host si cand il pornesc imi apare in ftp ca este deschis si in server.log imi apare ca sa deschis fara nicio eroare dar in samp este inchis!De la ce poate fi?Multumesc anticipat:D

Pluginu e bun ca nu imi da eroare sau cv la pornire zice ca este pornit si pe host si in server.log dar defapt el nu este deschis in samp apare inchis?am dar si renstal la ftp si cand am bagat sv dinou tot lafel
