De ce cand deschid samp-server.exe se inchide consola ? Care e problema?

Da,am scos .dll din server cfg. o sa-ti dau o poza cu o eroare .... http://imgur.com/a/kGque uite aici.

P.S:RASPUNDE CAT DE REPEDE POTI + ti=am dat add pe skype. Poate ma ajuti acolo mai bine ...

Nu merge sa insalez primele 2 .....  asta zice ”Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x64) - 14.0.23026 can only be installed on Windows XP SP1 (x64) and newer platforms.” 

Si mai zice si asta.. ” One or more issues caused the setup to fail.Pleasae fix the issues and then retry setup.For more infomation see the log file.

Rasp cand poti plss

Cum as putea sa fac sa mearga pluginul? Ca la baza de date e conectat.Si da cel de register / login nu arata.

Ok,dar de ce zice la gamemode 'unknown' ? Si nu pot intra pe server ... ce fac ?
