Salls...deci cum pot face functia aceea ca, nu poti sa trimiti message numai la 2 secunde si sa iti trimita SendClientMessage(playerid,"You can use commands in only 2 seconds");???

eu am functia asta:

stock IsPlayerFlooding(playerid)
{
	if(GetTickCount() - iPlayerChatTime[playerid] < 2000)
	    return 1;

	return 0;
}

dar nu merge...pot sa trimit message la fiecare jumate de secunda si nu apare...datimi si mie functia va rog!
