Salut, cum pot face sa creez de exemplu o comanda de genul: /sms [numele jucatorului] si text?

O sa va las un model mai jos ca sa vedeti despre ce vreau sa zic.

Luam de exemplu numele de Andrei.

Vreau ca in loc de /sms 1234 si mesaj sa scriu mai bine /sms Andrei si mesaj, daca ma intelegeti ce zic.
