Problema pornire server localhost.

Salut, recent mi-am reinstalat windows-ul si nu ma lasa sa-mi deschid server-ul cu localhost *XAMPP*.

Am conectat baza de date, am conectat datele din pawno si server.cfg.

Vreau seriozitate, eroare:
