Problema compilare sa-mp!!

Salut .. am luat si eu de pe net un gm si am probleme la compilare ( pawno compiler library has stopped working ) .. am mai incercat sa il compilez si de pe alte pc-uri dar fara succes .. un ajutor va rog ?
